Tipping Point
When we gain an understanding of the nature of tipping, it helps us stay
calm under pressure. In this message, we explore the nature of a life that
is filled with unexpected waves and gain a perspective that helps us to get
back on track.

The Questions We Ask
Trouble naturally brings a flood of questions to our mind. In this message,
we explore the questions that most naturally come to mind and look for
answers—or, at least, hope in the midst of our asking.

Nailing the Fundamentals
When you tip a kayak, the best way to get right-side up is to with an
Eskimo roll. However, Eskimo rolling doesn’t come intuitively—you’ve got
to practice and nail down the fundamentals of a roll before you need the
skill. In this message, we explore some of the fundamentals that will best
help us to get our life back on track!

Waiting
I hate waiting—it is so very hard to do. But it is often in the waiting that we
best find God. Join us as we explore the challenges and benefits of waiting
for God.

In my kayak’s cockpit, I am usually confident in
my equipment and skills to keep me upright in
the water. But no matter how prepared I am,
sometimes I will get tipped over. It is that same
way in life. Sooner or later, trouble will come
and tip over your well-ordered life. In moments
like this, something must be done. You
absolutely cannot stay upside down. In this
series, we explore the lessons I am learning
after my son’s skiing accident on March 29 left
him paralyzed from the chest down and left our
family upside down.
